JOB SUMMARY
Ensure seamless service delivery by fostering strong teamwork among staff to meet and exceed guest expectations. This role includes overseeing staff grooming and attire to ensure professional standards are maintained, completing opening and closing responsibilities such as setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and work areas, and securing facilities. The position also involves inspecting storage areas to ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and adherence to FIFO practices, completing scheduled inventory counts, requisitioning supplies as needed, monitoring dining areas for seating availability, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being, and submitting work orders to address maintenance and repair needs promptly.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma/. equivalent
Skills:
2. At least 2 years of related work experience
3. At least 1 year of supervisory experience
