Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, social posts, window displays, and email campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs. Support the creation of property listings and presentation materials for both online and offline platforms. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage and grow the clients presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X). Plan and schedule engaging content that reflects their brand tone and promotes key property listings and achievements. Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve audience reach and brand visibility. Video Production & Editing Film and edit property tours, team features, and promotional videos for digital use. Create short-form, high-impact videos tailored for social media (Reels, Shorts, and TikToks). Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to produce client-facing and in-house video content. Marketing Support Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and press releases. Support events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. Work closely with senior management to deliver consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or digital mediaideally within the property or creative industries. Excellent design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign). Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. Confident video editing and production skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently and to deadlines. Desirable: Experience in photography, animation, or motion graphics. Familiarity with CRM systems or property platforms (e.g., Reapit). Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Facebook Ads / Google Ads).
