We’re hiring a Client Solutions Manager to partner with some of the most strategic retail and eCommerce advertisers in the market.
This is not a traditional sales role. This is a consultative, data-led, platform-heavy strategic position for someone who truly understands how social advertising ecosystems work.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and grow a portfolio of 4–5 high-value retail & grocery accounts
* Develop ROI-driven paid social strategies across Facebook & Instagram
* Lead campaign planning, execution, optimisation & troubleshooting
* Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, risks & growth opportunities
* Implement measurement & attribution frameworks
* Build dashboards and deliver executive-ready performance insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, measurement, tech)
* Drive revenue growth and solution adoption
* Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies
Who We’re Looking For
You likely come from:
* A major media agency (Business Director / Biddable Director / Paid Social Lead level)
* A platform-side strategic role within digital advertising
* A performance marketing leadership background managing large retail budgets
Must-Have Experience
* 8–10+ years in digital advertising, paid social, or performance marketing
* Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
* Strong troubleshooting ability within ad platforms
* Experience managing retail / eCommerce accounts
* Proven track record driving revenue growth
* Advanced data analysis skills (comfortable working with large datasets)
* Strong client-facing & consultative skills
* Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Nice to Have
* Retail Media Network exposure
* Attribution & incrementality testing experience
* Multi-market campaign management
* Experience across TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, or Google Ads
* SQL or advanced reporting capability
