About the Role
Were looking for a confident, experienced
Senior Event Manager
to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of
three high-profile LTA tournaments .
Reporting into the Head of Events, this role is central to Absolute Tastes commitment to delivering world-class live events with innovation, quality, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Full Event Delivery
Take ownership of three large-scale LTA tournaments, overseeing all phases from pre-planning through to live delivery and post-event wrap-up.
Act as Primary Client Liaison
Serve as the main point of contact for senior LTA stakeholders, ensuring all communication is professional, timely, and aligned to client expectations.
Manage Cross-Functional Teams
Direct internal teams across operations, culinary, logistics, and commercial, scaling support based on project phase and on-site requirements.
Budget & Financial Control
Manage full event budgets
including forecasting, tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation
with a strong focus on cost efficiency and value delivery.
Drive Operational & Creative Excellence
Oversee food & beverage strategy, retail and hospitality concepts, and creative direction, ensuring each event is both operationally sound and visually impactful.
Ensure Strategic Alignment
Work with the LTA and Absolute Taste leadership to shape long-term plans, maintain brand consistency, and drive innovation across all event functions.
