Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking Transport operator to join their team at Northampton. All drivers are permanently employed, a regular and reliable sub-contractor base with a fleet of state-of-the-art vehicles. Duties include Daily management of the transport plan and ensuring all SLA requirements are adhered to Supporting with planning routes and drivers for up to 50 vehicles daily Dealing with drivers face to face and over the phone Liaising with sub-contractors Liaising with clients to ensure timeddeliveries are met The ideal candidate will have previous experience in transport operations and planning, use of computerised systems and an excellent geographicalknowledge of the UK.
