We’re looking for a strategic thinker and technical doer, someone who lives and breathes SEO.
Ready to take the lead on driving organic growth across a brilliant mix of client campaigns, as our Technical SEO Manager, you’ll bring a solid blend of technical know-how and content strategy expertise to the table. You’ll be trusted to shape performance-led SEO approaches, provide confident consultancy, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver meaningful, measurable results.
If you’re analytical, creative, and thrive on autonomy (with plenty of team support behind you), we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Crafting and delivering SEO strategies tailored to client goals, combining both technical and content elements
* Running regular technical audits and implementing on-site improvements (think speed, schema, indexing, and crawlability)
* Leading keyword research, content audits, SEO briefs, and optimisation plans that actually work
* Collaborating with developers and content teams to keep everything SEO-aligned from start to finish
* Using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush or Screaming Frog to keep tabs on performance
* Translating insights into clear, actionable reports that keep clients and colleagues in the loop
* Staying ahead of the curve when it comes to algorithm changes and industry trends.
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house – both welcome)
* A strong track record in driving organic growth, especially for B2B, B2C or e-commerce sites
* Technical SEO know-how, including structured data, HTML, Core Web Vitals and beyond
* Confidence in content-led SEO strategies – from planning to execution
* Ability to create long-form SEO content
* Working to benefit from opportunities and impact provided by Google’s EEAT
* Production of SEO strategies that leverage Web3 and AI
* Familiarity with a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms
* A confident communicator who’s comfortable leading projects and liaising with clients
* Bonus points for experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
What we offer:
We know that happy people do their best work, so we’ve created an environment that supports both your professional growth and personal wellbeing.
* A competitive salary, based on your experience
* 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
* A learning and development budget to fuel your growth
* A friendly, collaborative culture that values your input
* Clear paths to progress, with plenty of support along the way
* Company events
* Company pension
* Free on-site parking
