Job Responsibilities - Assist the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings. - Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and room setup. - Communicate with clients to gather event requirements and preferences. - Provide excellent guestservice by addressing client queries and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in office software and booking systems. - Previous experience in event coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
