Private Client Legal Secretary - Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join our well-established client's Private Client and Court of Protection teams in Norwich.
How does the day-to-day look?
* Supporting Fee Earners with general administrative tasks
* Audio typing for Private Client Lawyers and other members of the Private Client Department
* Answering and screening incoming calls
* Managing and updating Fee Earners calendars and booking meeting rooms
* Opening and closing client files in line with the firm's procedures
* Sending out initial client paperwork and/or emails
* Performing other clerical secretarial duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning post
* Updating the Practice Management System with client related information
You will have:
* Previous work experience in a private client secretarial role
* Excellent organisational and customer service skills
* A professional attitude and appearance
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Word
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and be resourceful
* Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems/procedures
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time hours
