Female Support Worker

Payrate:£14.18 per hour flat rate
Shift Times:36 hours per week on shifts - Days 8:00am - 21:00pm & Waking Nights 21:00pm - 8:00am
A face-to-face Interview Day for this role will take place on Monday 23rd February 2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview.Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
This is a role to work specifically with an individual who likes to be active and creative. They are autistic and wheelchair user and require support from staff that value honesty and respect. This role is about working with someone, not over them, and youll be part of a team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and practical, compassionate care.
