Roles & Responsibilities
* Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements
* Ensure all heat‑treatment processes meet AS9100, NADCAP & customer specifications
* Manage process documentation, configuration control & validation trials
* Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting enquiries & quotations
* Maintain specification libraries and support internal/external audits
* Work closely with production, quality & commercial teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering
* 5+ years in a technical engineering role (heat treatment preferred; surface treatments considered)
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings & aerospace specifications (AMS, NADCAP, AS9100)
* Strong analytical, communication & problem‑solving skills
* Flexible, organised, and confident working across multiple teams
