Intervl is supporting a specialist electronics manufacturing business in the appointment of a commercially minded CTO / Engineering Director to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth.
This role is designed for a senior technical leader who combines deep electronics engineering credibility with commercial awareness and strategic capability, and who is motivated to take broader responsibility for business performance, market growth, and organisational leadership.

The Role
As CTO / Engineering Director, you will lead the technical and operational direction of the business while playing a central role in commercial strategy, growth, and overall performance.
You will work closely with shareholders and the senior leadership team to translate engineering capability into scalable commercial success.
