We're now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team and support continued business growth.
The Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll manage and grow an existing base of B2B customers. As well as growing your base with new clients. You'll act as the primary point of contact for all services and building strong relationships, offering tailored product solutions, and maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing business clients and new prospective clients
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across office products
* Handle incoming enquiries and generate outbound sales calls
* Prepare and follow up on quotes and tenders
* Maintain detailed records in CRM and sales databases
* Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery
* Stay informed on product ranges and industry trends
About You
* Previous experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of office products, stationery, or workplace supplies (desirable)
* Results-driven with strong organisational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
* A team player with a customer-first attitude
Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
