The role
We’re at an exciting inflection point—strong customer love, clear brand-market fit, and growing fast. As Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll be a creative linchpin, amplifying Metaview’s voice across social channels and transforming customer enthusiasm into a vibrant, engaged community.
What you’ll do:
* Own and lead Metaview’s social media presence—creating clever, engaging, and original content that resonates with our audience.
* Push boundaries by experimenting with new platforms and formats, including LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, to expand our reach.
* Collaborate across the team to test, iterate, and refine messaging and campaigns.
* Channel customer love into a human, witty, and authentic brand voice that builds community and drives engagement.
* Organise end-to-end logistics for both sponsored and owned events.
* Leverage data and insights to measure social impact and continuously improve strategy.
To be successful in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will bring:
* 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related creative marketing role.
* Exceptional copywriting skills and a talent for crafting witty, clever, and authentic content.
* A fearless, experimental mindset—you love rapid iteration and are already exploring emerging channels.
* Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining a unique, human voice.
* Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup.

* A sharp sense of humour and trend-savvy taste—you don’t just share memes, you create them.
