We are looking for a new Territory Account Manager responsible for developing our business for medical devices in the Southeast of England. If you can answer yes to the questions above, then you might be the one we are looking for!
Mermaid Medical Group is a medical device company that distributes and produces safe and effective patient solutions. Our extensive product range focuses on advanced single-use medical devices for Urology, Interventional Radiology, Oncology, IVF and Women's Health, Men's Health, ER, and more. With our Nordic roots and headquarters in Denmark, we have a solid foundation in the Nordics. However, we are an international company with sales offices in the United Kingdom, the USA, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

About the position
As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales to new and existing partners across your territory. We use the term ‘partners’ to focus on developing long-term end-user partnerships. You will interact with healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers daily. Your purpose is to create interest in and inform about our products and support our partners in collaboration with our Customer Service department. Your focus will be on solutions for Interventional Radiology, Urology, and Oncology.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to:
* Build and strengthen relations with doctors and other critical decision-makers through customer visits, product training, and proactive customer care
* Create and implement sales plans
* Participate in quotation and tender work
* Participate in both U.K. and international congresses as needed
You will be part of our U.K. sales team, which consists of 10 people who work closely together and include our U.K. Sales Manager, to whom you will be reporting.
Who are you?
We imagine you currently work as a sales representative of healthcare products, a nurse, or a similar role. Prior experience in Interventional Radiology/Urology/Oncology is an advantage. MWA Ablation experience would be a beneficial attribute.
To be successful in the position, we expect that you:
* Are structured, driven, and creative
* Are result-oriented and enjoy driving business
* Can easily communicate, create, and maintain good relations with our partners
* Express yourself well in both written and spoken English
* Have a driver’s license and can travel and stay overnight on the job
It is preferred if you reside in the Southeast England region.
