We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who is wanting to further develop their skills, broaden their experience and be part of a great team. The job purpose is to support the implementation of the people strategy. To provide administrative support to the People & Culture team. To develop and oversee the compliance of people data for effective reporting. Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Consolidate people reporting dashboard, reporting monthly to management on, headcount and turnover for review Recommend and assist in the implementation of innovative solutions to drive efficiency and simplification of HR processes, enabling the people team to offer maximum value to the firm Ensure people data is retrieved and stored in line with GDPR requirements Accurately prepare all HR documentation, maintaining electronic records for compliance purposes Oversee the administration process for new starters and leavers, collecting references and issuing offers and contracts etc. Arrange exit interviews and issue leaver survey for completion Support the risk and compliance team with internal and external audits, collating staff records and producing reports to demonstrate compliance Coordinate recruitment administration in line with specific campaigns. Assist in the development of WR practices to drive engagement and enhance employee experience in support of the people strategy. Assist the team with performance management processes to optimise the firms people capability To actively get involved with people projects, sharing ideas, making recommendations to maximise the WR experience and attract great people. Projects include: Wellbeing Charity events and CSR Mental Health WR Conference Learning and Development Skills & Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Well organised Strong attention to detail Remain up to date on relevant employment legislation Previous experience of HR systems and software or good aptitude for using various systems Other Requirements Flexible approach Prepared to travel to WR offices Active on LinkedIn What’s in it for you?
