2. Product Discovery and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, user testing, and business analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product improvement.
3. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and high-quality standards.
4. Team Collaboration: Lead product management within a multidisciplinary team, fostering continuous growth and career advancement.
5. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with CPTO leadership and teams to integrate product management into the product lifecycle, ensuring technical feasibility and user expectations.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for product discussions with stakeholders, clearlymunicating insights and progress.
7. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation and learning within the team to staypetitive and adaptive to user and market needs.
