Develop and deliver CRM campaigns that boost engagement and conversions
Analyse campaign performance and share insights with the wider business
Partner with content, digital media, and events teams to ensure consistency
Collaborate with external agencies to align CRM with broader marketing
Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or digital marketing
Strong skills in segmentation, campaign analysis, and journey mapping
Hands-on experience with Active Campaign (HubSpot a bonus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and own projects from day one
Remote working with occasional in-person meetups (23 times annually)
