* Proven procurement management experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
* CIPS membership, supply chain qualifications, or equivalent experience
* Experience applying agile methodology in managing procurement teams
* Supplier relationship management, negotiation skills, and stakeholder engagement
* Experience with integrating AI technologies and innovative solutions in procurement (advantageous)
* Experience with ERP, MRP, SAP, or similar systems
