With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools, our Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring poolside safety while creating an enjoyable experience for our members. You’ll be the guardian of our aquatic spaces, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee poolside safety and member enjoyment.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
* Conduct pool tests according to company guidelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation at all times.
About You:
* You hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
* You have a passion for health and fitness.
* You possess strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
* You are a team player, eager to share knowledge and best practices.
