Win Together: Work closely with team members, share insights, and continuously improve service delivery. Skills and Experience Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing Financial Planning role. A current Statement of Professional Standing. Confident using CRM and cashflow modelling tools. Experience in an advisory or technical role gained within an advisory firm. Experience using and delivering a full range of provider products, services, and capabilities. Intermediate Excel - v:lookups and pivot tables. Good energy – you must able to have conversations with clients that deliver trust and solutions. A desire to help our clients make their financial ambitions a reality.
