This HSQE Manager role offers the rare opportunity to build and lead a department from scratch across two sites, with full autonomy, direct client contact, and the authority to influence strategic quality and safety standards.
Along with a salary of £45,000 £55,000 + Bonus, you will also receive:

What youll be doing as HSQE Manager
* Leading Health, Safety, Quality and Environment strategy across two engineering sites
* Championing engineering-quality excellence across manufacturing operations
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
* Driving continuous improvement and a zero-defect culture
* Using HSQE data to identify risks, improvements, and actionable trends
* Supporting client quality assurance requirements and attending audits and client meetings
* Introducing digital tools to modernise quality reporting and traceability
What were looking for in a HSQE Manager
* Proven HSQE and Quality Management experience within engineering or manufacturing
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
* Experience in continuous improvement, auditing, and root cause analysis
* Ability to confidently engage directly with clients
* Degree or relevant professional qualification
