We are supporting our client in recruiting an experienced Wellbeing Manager to join their organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract.

About the Role
As Wellbeing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s wellbeing strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with both colleague needs and wider business objectives.
A key aspect of the role will be overseeing Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provision, ensuring services are accessible, effective and deliver a high-quality experience for employees.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed a proactive wellbeing culture, providing insight, recommendations and measurable outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the organisation’s wellbeing strategy and initiatives
* Manage and optimise Occupational Health and EAP services, including provider performance and relationships
* Partner with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and embed a positive wellbeing culture
* Use data and insights to shape initiatives and measure effectiveness
* Ensure wellbeing programmes are aligned with organisational priorities and deliver meaningful impact
About You
We are looking for a proactive and experienced wellbeing professional who can operate both strategically and operationally.
You will bring:
* Proven experience designing and delivering workplace wellbeing strategies
* Experience managing Occupational Health and EAP providers
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience working within large or complex organisations
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
* A data-driven approach to measuring and improving wellbeing outcomes
1. This role is based onsite in Nottingham and requires full time presence, with an immediate start available.
