Job Summary
The Family Connections Program Manager is responsible for the overall clinical services to families referred to the Family Connections Program in various counties.
Requirements
The position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in social work or a related field and the accompanying certification, with a preference given to a clinical license. Satisfactory criminal records check and sex crimes records check are required. Driver’s license preferred. CPR and First Aid certification required.
Responsibilities
* Work with individuals with substance use disorder and implement cognitive behavioral therapies.
* Convey respect to target populations, including those with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and HIV/AIDS.
* Learn and apply agency, personnel, and program policies and procedures.
* Have knowledge and understanding of current treatment modalities.
* Train and supervise other clinical staff and interns (preferred).
* Be willing to be on-call and work some evenings if applicable.
