* Dive into Red Team/SOE engagements when the opportunity arises.
* Produce clear, actionable reports that clients understand.
* Work autonomously or as part of a high-performing, supportive team.
* Communicate findings confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Make recommendations where possible to better the practice and introduce new tooling.
* Shadowing senior testers to deepen your commercial and technical experience.
Requirements:
* Practical penetration testing experience. (Web & Infra as a baseline).
* Strong desire to progress and broaden your skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers alike.
* Have achieved either CRT or CSTM.
* Happy to work remotely with very rare travel expectations.
Please note: Eligibility for SC Clearance is a must.
