Simply Education is working closely with several primary schools in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas to recruit high-quality Supply Teacher professionals to meet ongoing and increasing cover requirements.
This role offers schools access to reliable, adaptable teachers who can deliver continuity of learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Our Supply Teacher candidates are fully qualified, hold UK QTS, and are confident in stepping into a variety of classroom settings while maintaining high standards of teaching and behaviour management.
This opportunity is also suitable for ECTs, who can gain valuable experience across multiple key stages while building strong professional relationships with schools throughout Chelmsford.
The ideal Supply Teacher will:
Be available for flexible working patterns, from 1-5 days per week
Demonstrate a secure understanding of the primary National Curriculum
Maintain a professional, calm, and consistent classroom presence
Quickly adapt to new school environments and routines
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth handovers
Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety policies at all times
