Position Details
* Location: Telford & Wrekin Council
* Role: Family Hubs Practitioner – Youth and Community
* Type: Part-time, 18.5 hours
About You
You will bring experience working with children and families through an early help approach. Skills in identifying and assessing the needs of children, young people, and families, along with the ability to plan, coordinate, and lead community-based support as a key worker, are essential. Experience in delivering and facilitating group support across diverse communities and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and families are also required.
