Rapid7 is looking for a passionate Revenue Operations business partner to join our INTL organization. You will play a key role in enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of our Sales and GTM teams. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to analyse performance metrics, optimise business processes & systems, and support key initiatives that include revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and process-driven, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to deliver on several initiatives that drive efficient revenue growth and operational excellence.

About the Team
The International Revenue Operations team (EMEA & APJ) is a key interface between Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, Business systems, and stakeholders across the company. Leveraging our business partners, intelligence (Tableau, Clari), and systems (Salesforce, Freshworks), the INTL Revenue Ops team provides support across the organization, from Account Executives and Renewal Account Managers to Executive-leadership. These activities include Sales and Retention Forecasting, Pipeline tracking, Annual Readiness and FY Planning, CRM Support (Salesforce, Netsuite), and ad hoc projects. In collaboration with our global business partners, our goal is to enhance our understanding of the business, support the field, drive sales and customer success performance to achieve our annual goals.

About the Role

As the Lead Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the territory management, account intelligence, data streams and KPIs that support our sellers and renewal account managers in their day-to-day efforts and attainment. This role will also have a key responsibility in identifying trends in the business and supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the Go To Customer Organisation alongside mentoring duties within a growing team. These responsibilities are critical to Rapid7's success and involve working closely with key stakeholders within Rapid7 while leading projects. Specifically your focus will be to;

1. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide in-depth business analytics that informs planning and other strategic decisions, and helps Rapid7 Go to Customer organisation maximise productivity

2. Support the GTC rhythm of business reporting including regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; forecast calls; pipeline build tracking etc.

3. Drive improvement of business processes by partnering with our SFDC & Tableau platform owners and admins to improve and refine workflows to meet users’ needs

4. Create customised, intricate dashboards and automated reporting tools related to sales and customer success performance metrics

5. Develop ad-hoc and proactive analyses, rooted in Salesforce & Tableau/Snowflake data, that provide actionable insights

6. Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce, Tableau and Clari to train GTC representatives to use these capabilities

7. Assist with key sales and customer success planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle

8. Mentoring and guiding a growing Revenue Operations team

The skills you’ll bring include:

9. 5+ years of experience as an analyst in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in a tech company is a must. Experience within the SaaS industry is a plus

10. BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred

11. 5+ years of experience and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skill is required. Salesforce certification or Lightning experience is expected

12. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar analytics platform

13. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

14. Experience working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment

15. Results oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple objectives and projects whilst holding themselves and others accountable to achieve meaningful outcomes

16. Curiosity to learn and be challenged with a can do attitude

17. A team player who collaborates effectively both cross functionally and as part of a high performing team

18. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
