As a Patient Services Lead at our Brentwood Hospital, you will bring experience in a similar customer facing environment. Ideally, you’ve held a Team Leader role that’s equipped you with the essential skills and understanding to succeed here. And, of course, you’re also dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. You will also have good communication skills and ideally the knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.
As a Patient Services Lead, you will:
1. Demonstrate positive behaviour, attitude and outlook to support the Patient Services Manager at all times, especially in terms of setting standards to team members and presenting a united front around business and strategic decisions
2. Show excellent customer service skills as part of the Patient Services Teams
3. Ensure the work within the areas of administration and support meets all required standards and time scales
