E-Commerce Intern – UK (New Role – 12 month contract)
Working with Ego Pharmaceuticals on QV Skincare
ROLE PURPOSE
* Gain hands-on experience in e-com growth planning and execution, performance marketing, SEO, data and insights.
* Get a real chance to work with core digital principles and practices and understand how key-accounts (e.g. Amazon, Boots, TikTok Shop) and marketing channels all connect.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to bring QV products to life online – from supporting ideation to delivering purposeful campaigns and data reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Content & Retailer Support
* Optimise and track QV Skincare product content across key accounts. Monitor pricing, reviews, ratings, stock and compliance.
* Ensure all pages have optimised titles, descriptions, keywords, FAQs, and meta descriptions.
* Work with marketing to integrate and coordinate banners and campaign assets. Help onboard new retailers, affiliates and marketplaces.
SEO & Search Visibility
* Conduct keyword research and track rankings weekly.
* Support content creation (written and visual) through data, market insights and past learnings.
* Help structure content so it's readable for AI tools (like Google Gemini, Amazon Rufus, ChatGPT).
Reporting & Campaign Support
* Update and monitor weekly dashboards: sales, traffic, CVR, ROAS, top-performing content.
* Help prepare materials for retailers, internal reviews, and agency check-ins.
* Track and report on campaigns and paid ad performance.
* Tag, store, and index assets (UGC, banners, video, blog) for cross-channel use.
Performance marketing
* Support campaign set-up and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
* Track competitor activity and highlight opportunities for new paid media tests.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on targeting, audiences, and budget pacing.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
* How QV Skincare grows across DTC, Amazon, TikTok and digital retail.
* How search, SEO and AI shape online product visibility.
* How to build content that performs across platforms.
* Real-world campaign and commercial operations experience.
* How to turn data into action and work in a digital team.
IDEAL PROFILE
* University student or recent graduate in marketing, digital, business or similar.
* Curious, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Basic familiarity with/ good research on tools like Shopify, Excel, Canva, SEMrush, Amazon Ads.
* Bonus: knowledge of TikTok or Amazon is a plus.
