You ll be delivering high-quality teaching across motor vehicle programmes, supporting students from entry level through to advanced study and apprenticeships. The role combines classroom delivery with hands-on practical training, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge required by today s automotive industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions that support student progression
* Assess student work and track progress using electronic systems
* Contribute to curriculum development and ensure content remains industry-relevant
* Provide pastoral support as a personal tutor
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
* Maintain strong links with industry to keep programmes current
What We re Looking For
* A relevant Motor Vehicle qualification (minimum Level 3)
* Industry experience within the motor vehicle sector
* A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Experience delivering or supporting vocational/apprenticeship training (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners of all levels
* A passion for education and student development
