We are looking for a change practitioner who understands that successful change is about people, not just processes or go‑live dates.
You will lead on the people side of major change programmes, ensuring new ways of working are delivered, adopted, and sustained.
This role is not for a Project Manager, Digital Transformation specialist, or HR Generalist who does change management as part of a wider remit.
You will focus on readiness, adoption, and long‑term behaviour change in a public‑serving organisation with offices all over the UK. It is a hybrid role, 2‑3 days per week in your local office, likely Burnley, Lancashire.
Your Challenge Is To
* Bridge the gap: balance modernization with a human‑centred approach that keeps people in focus.
* Value the experts: engage long‑serving colleagues, valuing their knowledge while shifting mindsets toward new practices.
* Educate the room: act as an ambassador for change management, establishing it as a critical strategic pillar.
* Anticipate impacts: surface hidden impacts of process changes on culture and service levels.
Who You Are
* Pragmatic practitioner with deep understanding of change theory (ideally PROSCI or ADKAR) and practical application across audiences.
* Resilient and patient, navigating resistance with empathy and insight.
* Experienced leader of major change in complex environments, ideally supporting CRM implementations (ideally Salesforce).
* Impact‑focused, caring about real difference for customers and colleagues.
Benefits
* Salary £65,000.
* Generous holiday allowance of 28 days + bank holidays.
* Health and wellbeing services.
* Good pension scheme.
* Remote working / work‑at‑home options.
