This is a hands-on role based at the Croydon head office, covering London and surrounding areas, offering a great chance to get involved in building and property services.No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting testing across residential and commercial properties
* Conduct routine Fire Door Inspections in line with The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
* Perform general site checks related to safety and operational standards
* Accurately record and report findings using Microsoft Office
About You:
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential (mileage covered)
* Presentable, professional, and highly reliable
* Able to work independently xsngvjr and use your initiative
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office to complete reports
* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
