Role: ERP Programme Director REF 374975 Contract Length: Until 30/11/2027 Location: Hybrid/Stafford - required to come onsite throughout the programme IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Up to £944 per day Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for an ERP Programme Director for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ERP PROGRAMME DIRECTOR The Programme Director provides strategic leadership and full accountability for the end to end delivery of the ERP transformation programme, with a focus on implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HR, Payroll, Purchasing) and a fully integrated Duty Management System (DMS). The role ensures the programme is delivered to agreed time, cost, quality and benefits, establishing and owning governance, commercial management, supplier oversight, risk management and cross organisational alignment. The Programme Director holds accountability for both strategic and high level operational oversight. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ERP PROGRAMME DIRECTOR MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management practitioner level certification Proven ERP Programme Director for large-scale Oracle ERP implementations. Significant experience operating in complex public-sector or policing environments. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-pound transformation programmes. Strong commercial and contract management experience. Expert in governance, assurance, portfolio/programme management.
