Property Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's experience within a property administration role and be able to work effectively on their own and as part of a team.
The key responsibilities include managing the marketing process of properties, ordering photos and floorplans, adding new instructions to the CRM, ensuring descriptions are accurate, producing brochures, and engaging with social media.
Additional duties include:
* Issuing sales invoices and processing supplier invoices
* Managing petty cash and recording staff expenses
* Supporting the team with diary management and customer service
* Drawing up the agenda for weekly sales meetings and recording the minutes
