Our Deloitte Global Contingent Labor team members are responsible for contingent labor needs in countries across the globe. Solving complex challenges is a daily occurrence for us. Our Specialists own the full life cycle process (from vendor contact through onboarding) for roles in the US. For other geographies, we partner with our Deloitte colleagues in various countries. Building relationships with colleagues in other countries is vital, and fun!
We are looking for a dynamic Specialist with knowledge and experience in contingent labor as well as selecting and aligning resources to support key business strategies and initiatives.
Be a part of a virtual, collaborative contingent labor team. Develop and foster strong relationships with multiple hiring managers and leaders in various business units, to fully support and provide consultative contingent labor solutions for a variety of positions across the globe. Connect to your skills and professional experience
Requirements:
* Experience in full life cycle contingent labor processes; preferably in a multi-national or global organization
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Passion for working with contingent labor vendors to find the right talent
* Experience working within a Vendor Management Solution; preferably Fieldglass
* Seasoned at fostering relationship and credibility with stakeholders
* Experience reporting results with confidence and clarity to senior leaders in a large, matrixed corporation
* Experience managing a high volume of roles in a fast paced, complex environment
* Able to work flexible hours given the global nature of this role
* Knowledge of current contingent labor best practices
Expectations:
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Ability to solve complex problems across various businesses and geographies
* Ability to effectively advise stakeholders with respect to locations, hourly rates, structure of roles, etc.
* Process orientation: commitment to and recognition of the importance of adhering to established processes
* Commitment to data integrity; ensuring systems are updated in real time
* Effectively partnering with contingent labor teams in other geographies to appropriately onboard the right talent for open roles; monitor the status and be able to effectively represent updates to business leaders with confidence

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
