Vale View Primary School, Mill Lane, Reddish, SK5 6TP. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and inspirational EYFS Phase Lead to join our caring and aspirational team. The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching in early years and a good knowledge of the Foundation Stage Framework, the SEND Code of Practice, and developing outdoor provision. You will work with a dedicated team to support children’s learning and development by providing high quality learning opportunities and care.

About you
You will be an excellent early years practitioner, with a child centred vision of education. You will have an excellent working knowledge of the Foundation Stage Framework and National Curriculum. You will have high expectations, excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to establish positive adult–pupil relationships. You will have knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of supporting children with special educational needs. You will have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills. You will be committed, innovative, ambitious, flexible and have a clear vision for early years’ practice and provision. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to lead a team with enthusiasm and rigor. You will be an excellent communicator who is proactive in working in partnership with all stakeholders. You will have a sound knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to developing after school clubs and the broader curriculum.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
 * Lead and develop the EYFS provision with a child-centred approach.
 * Demonstrate high standards of practice across early years and ensure high-quality learning opportunities.
 * Work with stakeholders to support children\'s development and well-being.
 * Maintain strong behaviour management and positive adult–pupil relationships.
 * Support safeguarding and welfare of pupils in line with policy.
 * Collaborate with staff to develop outdoor provision and a broad, rich curriculum.
