Wiater/Waitress
Our Waiting Teams are the friendly faces of our venues, always striving to exceed our customers' expectations. We're looking for genuine and passionate people with high standards, who can still have fun on the job You will join a vibrant group of people who also keep things calm, cool and collected when busy. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, serving food and drink, and ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly at all times.
About the role:
As a waiter you will primarily assist the Duty Manager in making sure our guests are well looked after, with genuine and heartfelt customer care. Responsibilities include:
* Using our company standard service style to ensure each and every customer receives amazing customer service
* Running your own section with confidence
* Taking orders, delivering the product, taking payments ALL with a genuine smile
* Keeping the floor and back of house areas clean
