Overview
We’re looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Tamworth. You’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial customers through their claims journey, managing a variety of motor claims from start to finish. How you'll make an impact Handle a portfolio of motor damage, credit hire, and injury claims from first notification to settlement. Make decisions on fraud, liability, and claim value, including managing cases through litigation. Communicate with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives via phone and email. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Support less experienced team members by handling referrals and sharing your expertise. About You Experience in proactive motor claims handling. Motor damage and credit hire claims experience. Familiar with OICP and MOJ Portal Claims. Great attention to detail and customer service. Elgible to work in the UK.
