Now we are searching for an exceptional, experienced Manager to lead our passionate, dedicated teams at our unique Forest Kindergartens in East Grinstead & Haywards Heath.
Your role: Lead, inspire and play.
Forget endless admin—you'll have a team behind you to help with the HR, deal with the invoicing, funding and handle new enquiries from families. Plus a wider management team that leads on curriculum and planning which means you can focus entirely on your people, your team's development, and ensuring we deliver a wonderful, nature based early years experience for our children.
Whether you're an existing Manager craving a change or a Deputy ready to step up, if you have a deep love for early years and a commitment to nature-based learning, we want you.
* Flexibility: This can be a full-time position (37.5 hrs) or fewer hours over 4 days. At our East Grinstead setting we only currently need a part time Manager.
