We're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Area Manager to join Connells Group and lead an area covering several branches.
The ideal candidate will be based in and around Leicestershire, as the area manager will cover towns and cities across the East Midlands and surrounding areas, including Leicester, Hinckley, Oadby, Blaby, Peterborough, Grantham, Oakley Vale, and Kettering.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the area and recruit, induct, train, manage and lead your own team.

* Preferably a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Manager who is ready for the step-up, a manager with a strong lettings background, or an experienced area manager looking for a new challenge
* An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team on a daily basis
* A proven track record in generating new business
* Resilient, proactive, a competitive individual who isn't afraid to work hard to get the results
* A Full UK driving licence holder
