Weezevent is looking aClient Success Manager M/F based inAntwerp (remotepossible).
Tasks
Asa Client Success Manager you will be the primary liaison betweenWeezevent and the event organisers. You will manage your projectsfrom A to Z.
* You willbe responsible for creating and implementing a project plan for thedelivery of the contracted services at theevent.
* You will manage the plan in coordinationwith the client event (typically a music festival promoter) andmake all necessary adjustments as the project reaches its launchdate.
* You will ensure that the communicationwith the client is smooth all questions are answered andexpectations met according to theagreements.
* You will setup our software inorder to achieve the ticketing access and/or cashless flow requiredby the client.
* You will be responsible for thefull preparation and logistics the buildup of our terminals at theevent site the operations during the event the breakdown and thepostevent operations.
* After the event you willcreate reports and reviews followup with the client to ensure theirsatisfaction and trust with our solution. You will advise theclient on how to improve and negotiate the commercial and operativeconditions for the followingimplementations.
* You will monitor our businesssector and keep up to date with our solution andfeatures.
* You will report to our Head ofProject Management.
