DUTIES:
• Assist with day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, client liaison and material deliveries.
• Working on site to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Saracen Head-Office, delivery team and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards.
• Assist with preparation and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site inductions, change orders, and project schedules.
• Willing to learn how to develop and maintain project budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify and address any safety hazards or risks.
• Support Manage with project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, and support with the final O&M documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
• Preferred experience as an Assistant Site Manager in Cat A and Cat B fit-outs or related field. But training will be provided
• Some knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors, and client,
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license.
You will be required to have your own transport (site location dependant), have a FULL CLEAN driving license, and be great with clients/sub-contractors.
Ideally you should have the following: SMSTS, CSCS
