Position Overview
You will become part of a vibrant community of professionals committed to helping others thrive. This remote, performance-based role offers the flexibility to design your own schedule while contributing to a larger purpose. You will work independently as a contractor, with the support of our established framework and resources.
Your Role
* Provide expert coaching to clients, guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
* Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
* Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
* Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
* Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
* Conduct client intake and assessment sessions
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
* Deep understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Zoom and other virtual tools.
* Experience using social media for networking and professional purposes.
* A strong alignment with our values of growth, impact, and community.
* Self-directed and passionate about empowering others.
