In our 60th anniversary year, we are looking ahead at the framework and actions we need to enable the University of Bath to thrive in its next chapter. We are working on our Strategy 2036, due to be launched this October, to set the high-level direction for the University over the next ten years. Our strategic priorities will support our University to harness its strengths, explore new horizons and have an even greater positive impact.

Role purpose
The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) will play a pivotal role as a key member of the University senior team. They will be responsible for developing and delivering a clear and innovative strategy for education and leading the refresh of the curriculum as required to ensure that Bath's offer and approach remain relevant and market-led.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a clear and innovative strategy for education.
* Lead the refresh of the curriculum to ensure Bath's offer remains relevant and market-led.
* Oversee delivery in digital and blended provision, and develop online initiatives.
* Engage with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders to support educational strategy.
Qualifications and experience
* Senior-level education leadership experience.
* Expertise in setting strategic direction and overseeing delivery in digital and blended provision.
* Track record in developing online initiatives.
* Inspirational leadership style and ability to engage, influence and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
