Your role will be a mixed skillset position, covering elements of support across our portfolio of mobile, connectivity & VOIP customers, delivery, customer interaction and data/CRM work. You will be working within a knowledgeable team environment and be required to gel well with other customer centric individuals to deliver our company targets on your own and as part of a wider team.Responsibilities:· Some regular and some ad hock projects using our billing platform and CRM· Entry of mixed product deals onto our system· Building & implementing hosted orders· Serving customers via email and telephone where needed· Quality checking our order delivery/sign off process· Reporting back to management and filling out reports· Answering the phone as part of the wider team· Learning our business and product set· Ordering hardware and dealing with suppliersCompetencies:· 4+ years experience supporting VOIP & Mobile customers· Keen eye for detail· Providing confident advice to customers· Ability to manage a large workload· Good attitude to work· Being a team player· A hunger to learn our product set and develop
