Architects and Part 2 Assistants at Residential-Focused Studio A well-established architecture studio in Central London is seeking talented individuals to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of low-rise residential projects across the UK, the practice is looking for Architects with 3–5 years of post-Part 3 experience, as well as Part 2 Architectural Assistants and Architects at all levels. Responsibilities: Lead or support the design and delivery of low-rise residential projects Prepare planning applications and liaise with local authorities Produce technical drawings and documentation using Revit Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants Contribute to design reviews and project meetings Skills & Experience: Proven UK experience in low-rise residential architecture Strong understanding of UK planning processes and application requirements Proficiency in Revit is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills ARB registration (for Architects) or RIBA Part 2 qualification Benefits: Salary range: £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience Central London office with flexible working arrangements Supportive team culture with regular design reviews and CPD Opportunities for career progression and project ownership Inclusive and collaborative studio environment This role offers the chance to make a real impact on housing design in the UK.
