Location: East & West Midlands (home-based with regional travel)

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage key employer accounts to expand apprenticeship opportunities.
* Lead and support a team of Account Managers to deliver against ambitious targets.
* Conduct strategic reviews with employers to align services with workforce needs.
* Use data insights to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Work with internal stakeholders to drive alignment across skills and employability contracts.
* Represent the organisation at regional and national employer meetings.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven track record in business development within apprenticeships or skills.
* Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Commercially minded with a data-driven approach.
* Flexible to travel across the Midlands.
