Primo Studio is an independent forward thinking dental lab, which serves our own practices in Prestatyn, Wirral, Bristol and Chester, as well as private clients. We now require a Laboratory Manager to lead our experienced and dynamic team.

Job Summary
Based at our lab in Chester, you will support the team of technicians, ensuring the workflow runs smoothly, processing jobs as they arrive, liaising with customers, scheduling work, dispatching work and ensuring invoices are raised.
Duties include:
* Manage daily workflows, oversee production of restorations, ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
* Supervise, train, support, and evaluate technicians and staff, including recruitment and performance reviews
* Serve as the point of contact for clinicians, dentists, suppliers and clients; manage inquiries and maintain strong external relationships
* Ensure quality control of all work leaving the lab
* Expand client base and market presence, identifying and securing new clients
* Ensure production meets clinical and regulatory standards; oversee safety protocols and documentation
* Manage budgets, control costs, handle invoicing, and monitor stock/inventory
Qualifications and Skills:
* Management or leadership background, within dental or lab settings
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows, digital dental technologies, and laboratory software systems
* GDC registration a bonus
* Be motivated and have great attention to detail, problem-solving skills and initiative
* Be able to prioritise work to ensure that deadlines are met
* Be an excellent communicator, clearly communicating requirements to colleagues, management, customers and suppliers
* Be an effective team player, support colleagues in order to achieve our objectives.
