Line Coordinators – Packing
Unity Personnel are partnering with a well-known food manufacturer that has now become the leading supplier of meal accompaniments to the UK grocery retail and wholesale markets.
They are now looking for Line Coordinators for nights to join their ever-expanding team!
Overall Job Purpose:
To lead your allocated line team, carry out the Coordinator role, liaise with Logistics, Technical and Engineering to ensure the line achieves its daily plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example at all times.
2. Ensure all work is carried out safely.
3. Keep your work area to the required GMP standards.
4. Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
5. Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans for multiple areas.
6. Work with the shift Manager/Supervisor to ensure your team are trained and capable.
7. Ensure an effective handover is completed with oncoming coordinator and the line is at standard for the handover.
Skills and Competencies Required:
1. Excellent communicator.
2. Supports development of SOP’s and can train others.
3. Capable of operating all equipment on the lines.
4. Knows the line targets and how to operate the line in accordance with those targets.
5. CPP Trained.
6. Food Safety 2.
7. HACCP 2.
8. Allergen Awareness.
9. Excellent English, written and verbal.
10. Good numeracy skills.
11. IT Literate.

1. 12hr Night Shifts - 6pm to 6am
2. £15.57 basic pay and £23.36 overtime pay
