As an Company Legal Administrator, you will support the team with day-to-day administration tasks, putting your knowledge of property law to good use! Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage completion statements related to property transactions. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team. Communicate effectively and professionally in person, by telephone, and via email with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Maintain and organise documentation, records, and files accurately. Use Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiently to prepare reports, letters, and presentations. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciling accounts. Use Sage accounting software for routine financial entries and record-keeping (prior experience beneficial, but not mandatory).
